Dear sir or Madam. I send you this email because my account Match.uk was blocked on 24 march last tuesday.
I tried to contact help customer service 3 times already but now I decided to contact you because i didn't received answer and they ignored my emails and didn't take my situation in account.
My account was blocked for unkown reason.
I received a message "the acces to your account was blocked by match.uk"
Can you please tell me what is the reason to blocked my account?
I didn't nothing illegal I didn't nothing cruel or bad. You can check in your system i never sent cruel or bad messages and nothing sexual! They mentionned the account was blocked because of sexuals messages but i never send messages like this
I just send messages to many people and i copied the same message and doing copy paste. I didn't knew if it's fordbidden or not because in your privacy it's not mentionned!!
I didn't had attention to spam or doing anything else!
Also i'm a disabled person i'm very Quick tired to send a lot of messages that's why i decided to make copy paste ! I will not do it anymore! . It s just my only one possibility to talk to people!

I am getting emails to say people have messaged me but I can’t open the messages
I get emails from Match saying women have liked me or messaged me but in about half the cases when I click on the link there is nothing there. I have emailed Match twice and get fibbed off with standard responses about changing my browser settings. They have no phone number and seem unwilling to try to resolve the issue.

Pretty much what Ive just said in the title, the app logged me out, and I couldnt log back in despite putting the forgotten password link with the correct email address. So Im currently locked out, have paid a good deal of money and Ive had no customer service contact.
